FEATURES

Here are 4 kinds of corrosion testing machines, installed by Ohkura-Riken Company and Siliconit Co. of Japan.
(1) Gas corrosion equipment-1 operates up to 1000 centigrade
Corrosive gasses such as H2S, HCI etc. are introduced in quartz tube surrounded by heaters.

(2)Gas corrosion equipment-2 operates up to 1500 centigrade
Air or Ar gas are introduced in Mullite tube heated by electric heaters. Test pieces in the tube may be coated by corrosive agents such as coal ash, Na2SO4 etc.

(3)Gas corrosion equipment-3 operates up to 1700 centigrade.
Simulated methane combustion gasses including CO2, H2O, etc. can introduced in Al2O3 tube heated by electric heaters.

(4)Gas corrosion equipment-4 is box type and operates up to 1600 centigrade.
The gasses including Ar,N2, etc. can also introduced in Al2O3 tube(φ42mm)　heated by heaters.
